Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, payments, and services made through Jungleciti Hospitality India Private Limited and its international outbound tourism division Jungleciti Sky International ("we", "our", or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or payment.

1. General policy

All bookings made with Jungleciti Sky International are subject to our standard cancellation and refund terms. We strive to provide transparent processes for refund and cancellation handling while maintaining fairness to both travelers and our partner service providers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, etc.).

6. Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days from the date of confirmation by our accounts team. Refunds are credited using the same payment method used for booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please note that banks or payment processors may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.

7. Curated packages & customization fees

Our travel planners spend significant time designing personalized itineraries for each customer. A customization/design fee may apply for curated packages and is generally non-refundable once the itinerary has been presented, even if the traveler chooses not to proceed.

We typically take up to 7 days to design these curated itineraries, ensuring every journey meets your specific requirements.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable to refund or compensate for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, flight cancellations, weather disruptions, or government travel restrictions. In such cases, we will assist in re-scheduling or re-routing based on supplier policies.

9. No refunds for no-shows or unused services

No refunds or credits will be issued for travelers who fail to appear on the travel date, arrive late, or voluntarily do not use any included service (e.g., hotel night, meal, tour, transfer, etc.).
