All prices are quoted based on the selected destination, season, and currency preference. Accepted currencies: USD, EURO, GBP, INR, JPY, and SGD. Exchange rate fluctuations and supplier revisions may affect pricing prior to full payment confirmation.

6. Payment terms

We never request payments through personal accounts, messaging apps, or third-party links.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a booking to understand applicable timelines, fees, and non-refundable components.

8. Traveler responsibilities

Jungleciti Sky International is not responsible for denial of entry, missed flights, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect traveler documentation.

9. Modifications to itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control — such as flight schedule changes, natural disasters, or safety advisories. In such cases, equivalent alternatives or credits may be provided wherever possible.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.

11. Intellectual property

All logos, text, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Jungleciti Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

While we strive to ensure smooth travel experiences, Jungleciti Sky International and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from any booking or travel experience, including service interruptions, third-party failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
