By booking a service, browsing our website, or interacting with our representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with using our services or website.

3. Scope of services

We provide international travel-related services including (but not limited to):

• Curated tour packages and itineraries
• Hotel, flight, and transfer arrangements
• Visa assistance and travel insurance facilitation
• Global holiday bookings through authorized partners

All services are subject to availability, supplier policies, and the specific terms outlined in your confirmed booking agreement.

4. Booking process

• Bookings must be made through our official communication channels or secured contact form.
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged by our accounts team.
• All itineraries are designed individually — our team takes up to 7 days to create curated travel plans matching customer requirements.

We encourage customers to communicate directly with our human travel experts. We do not rely on AI chatbots or automated systems for handling financial or booking-related queries.

5. Pricing and currency

All prices are quoted based on the selected destination, season, and currency preference. Accepted currencies: USD, EURO, GBP, INR, JPY, and SGD. Exchange rate fluctuations and supplier revisions may affect pricing prior to full payment confirmation.

6. Payment terms

• Payments are accepted through official bank transfers or authorized payment gateways.
• All transactions must be completed in the agreed currency.
• Payment confirmations and invoices are shared only through official company email addresses.

We never request payments through personal accounts, messaging apps, or third-party links.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before making a booking to understand applicable timelines, fees, and non-refundable components.

8. Traveler responsibilities

• Ensure passport validity (minimum 6 months beyond travel date).
• Provide accurate personal, travel, and contact details during booking.
• Obtain all required travel documents (visa, vaccination certificates, etc.) as advised.
• Comply with local laws and customs of the destination country.

Jungleciti Sky International is not responsible for denial of entry, missed flights, or travel disruptions caused by incomplete or incorrect traveler documentation.

9. Modifications to itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control — such as flight schedule changes, natural disasters, or safety advisories. In such cases, equivalent alternatives or credits may be provided wherever possible.

10. Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or government travel restrictions.

11. Intellectual property

All logos, text, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Jungleciti Hospitality India Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is prohibited without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of liability

While we strive to ensure smooth travel experiences, Jungleciti Sky International and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from any booking or travel experience, including service interruptions, third-party failures, or unforeseen circumstances.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
